Marketing Specialist

Dozee is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.

:

What will your roles and responsibilities be?

- Work closely with Dozee\'s customers, sales team, internal PR and design teams to create a brand Dozee in the region

- Create strategies and execute marketing initiatives for respective region to ensure lead generation and higher retention of acquired customers

- Drive co-branding with converted accounts (hospitals, other B2B accounts)

- Execute BTL marketing to drive end customer awareness and education within converted accounts

- Work with Dozee\'s PR team to lead PR campaigns and industry associations

What are the key requirements for the role?

- MBA degree in marketing, business, communication, sales, or a related field

- 2 to 8 years of professional experience in marketing, sales or in a management role

- Prior experience of working in marketing, especially around event management or account expansion and retention, is a plus

Important Notes for Hiring:

Location: Mumbai

Ctc 12 - 15 lacs

Looking for someone with 2 - 7 years of experience

Good to have: Someone from Top B-school who has graduated from sales or marketing background

- Not looking at someone with Digital marketing or social media marketing experience

- We\'re looking for a Field marketing person who has done a lot of planning, event execution and CMEs. ATL,BTL

- Looking for someone in Mumbai and someone who will be responsible for all marketing activities and open to travel

- Willing to work with hospitals and doctors within the hospitals on day-to-day basis

- E-commerce companies are to be avoided

- We can look at both B2C and B2B companies
