About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:

• Develops IT solutions in adherence to policies, guidelines and procedures of Global IS in line with requirements.
• Participates in global projects in the specific IS Tools area and contributes with knowledge in that field, in order to secure that projects can be completed as expected and within the timeframe.
• Designs, debugs, documents and tests a range of applications in the IS Tools area.
• Participates & available in Team Call Outs and provide Out of office Hours support, including weekend & public holidays, as and when required, for the service.
• Required to handle adaptations of complex software within the IS Tools area.
• Interact or Work with Business Services, Project Managers and Process Teams - i.e. Service Quality Management, Service Provider Management and others
• Work with Support Teams within & outside the Center
• Interact or Work with Surge Partners/ Third Party Vendors

Qualifications:
Education

• A degree or equivalent from a reputed institute

• Preferred certification in Client applications
• Formal training and/or Certification in related technology e.g. MCSD, .NET, java, Java script. PL /SQL., Python, Power Automate, Powe BI
• Required knowledge in processes e.g. ITIL

Experience

• Should have overall 2 - 5 years of relevant IT experience working with reputed companies
• Technical Knowledge in the specific technical areas e.g. Client PPM, Client SM, .NET, java, etc
• Experience in working in offshore teams

Required key skills (functional/technical)

• Technical know-how & experience applicable to the on any of the tools i.e. Open Text SMAX or Client PPM or Power BI or Power Automate, in one or more of the technologies i.e. Python, .Net, javascript, PL/SQL areas where services are provided by the Center
• Awareness of the IS strategy and how different teams integrate and interact.
• Knowledge of trends and developments in the information technology area. In depth knowledge of trends and developments within own IT IS Tools area.
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills both written and spoken

• Self motivated, with the ability to learn and work in a meticulous and organized manner
• Good communication skills required to effectively coordinate with other IS functions and with peers across locations working across different time zones
• Required to communicate with stakeholders, using reasoning, to achieve successful outcome for the assigned responsibility, specifically in own IS Tools area.
• Confirmed analytical skills, together with the ability to think "outside the box". The solution to the problem is based mainly upon previous experience but also on the analysis of factual and qualitative information.
• Impacts the business by quality of own work and through the ability to deliver high quality and successful solutions within own area of expertise.
