Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5-10 years of proven experience in Institutional/Enterprise Sales, ideally in EV, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Technology sectors.
Demonstrated success in closing large-scale institutional or enterprise deals.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
Strong network of corporate and institutional stakeholders (preferred).
Business acumen with the ability to manage regional growth and P&L accountability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-driven professional with a leadership mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Institutional Sales strategy for the North Zone to achieve ambitious growth and revenue targets.
Acquire and develop business with corporates, real estate developers, hospitality groups, and large commercial establishments.
Build and sustain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation and client engagement to solution design, negotiations, and closure.
Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, and service) to ensure smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, forums, and exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and policy developments to identify new opportunities.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to the Sales Head.
Mentor and support regional sales team members to foster a high-performance culture
