Specialist Infra Services - Disaster Recovery, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic 500! Applications which are critical for our business processes at Novartis. It is therefore imperative these applications are protected and tested periodically to ensure we\'re able to provide continuity of our business. This role will be responsible for coordinating on-boarding of applications to IT DR and execution of IT DR tests for most critical applications as well as ensure on-going activities are being monitored and assessed from quality perspective. Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: . Supports developing and maintaining technology roadmap according to the respective Service Strategies of a specific function/platform . Perform the operational health, deployment and lifecycle of the technology and/or platform solutions . Design and deploy technology solutions and act as L4 support during major and critical incidents . Automation of service deployments and management to enable modern delivery flows including DevOps and SRE, with a goal of providing efficiency, flexibility and speed at the lowest aggregate cost . Act as individual contributor executing service operations processes and oversight . Coordinating between multiple stakeholders in getting the DR solutions deployed and configured Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you\'ll bring to the role: . 3+ years of experience in area of Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery . Knowledge and understanding of technologies that ensure availability & resiliency in area of virtualization, operating systems and databases . Knowledge and understanding of technologies that ensure availability & resiliency in Azure and AWS . IT project management and strategic planning experience .
