Role description

Experienced SampleManager LIMS Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in support customization configuration and integration of Sample Manger LIMS



Roles Responsibilities



Provide support and maintenance for the SampleManager LIMS platform



Resolve userreported issues perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes to ensure system stability and performance



Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and ensure timely issue resolution



Perform system upgrades patches and routine maintenance activities



Customize and configure SampleManager LIMS components including



oReports and dashboards



oWorkflows and master menus



oUser interfaces and system settings



Analyze and implement businessspecific requirements into SampleManager LIMS configurations



Develop and maintain transformation logic in Integration Manager to support instrument data integration



Customize transformation logic in Integration Manager for processing instrument outputs effectively



Document configuration changes troubleshooting steps and resolutions



Provide training and support to end users and team members as needed
