Role description

We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Technical Developer with expertise in Maximo Application Suite MAS and a strong background in Maximo customization BIRT reporting COGNOS reporting and integration skills The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of handson experience in developing and implementing Maximo solutions to meet business requirements



Key Responsibilities



Develop and customize IBM Maximo applications to meet specific business needs



Design develop and maintain BIRT and COGNOS reports



Integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems and applications



Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements



Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Maximo applications



Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of Maximo applications



Stay updated with the latest Maximo and MAS features and best practices



Required Skills and Qualifications



12 years of experience in IBM Maximo development and customization



Strong experience with Maximo Application Suite MAS



Proficiency in BIRT and COGNOS reporting



Handson experience with Maximo integration using various tools and techniques



Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills



Strong communication and collaboration skills



Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Preferred Qualifications



Experience with other enterprise asset management EAM systems



Knowledge of SQL Java and other relevant programming languages



Certification in IBM Maximo or related technologies
