Labware LIMS Developer

the development of the global R&D Labware LIMS. You will actively listen, learn, and include people on the agenda of enhancing and expanding the R&D LIMS globally, ultimately to unleash the potential of the R&D teams through technology.

The IT Labware Developer will be part of a team who sit within the Delivery Hub in the IT Transformation team and support the development of the Labware LIMS used by R&D and QC teams. As an IT Developer, the role holder is responsible for maintaining the stability of the LIMS application and work on any bugfixes, enhancements, or expansion projects requested.

Working in a regulated industry, where you will have had supported major global IT systems development needs.

Experience of configuring IT systems across multiple locations, utilising both waterfall and agile based development methodologies is required. Extensive experience of Labware LIMS and laboratory operations are needed, along with hands on handling GxP system adhering to compliance and CSV.

You will be responsible for \xe2\x80\xa6

• Development of the Labware LIMS (v8) as per business requirements, using LIMS Basic and knowledge of the standard Labware configuration and templates.

• Working with the business teams to ensure their requirements are met and completing the testing of updated configuration and development.

• Candidate should have experience on Labware LIMS versions - 7 and 8 and ability to adopt to the new technology including hands on experience on On-Prem to Cloud migrations.

• Candidate should be proficient in coding skills using LIMS basic, Java, XML etc. used for customizing Labware LIMS modules.

• Candidate should be proficient in Labware ELN template designing and enhancement process.

• Candidate should have hands on development experience on Database (Oracle, SQL Server etc.)

• Candidate should have hands on usage of Request, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes in Service Now.

• Candidate should have hands on knowledge on multiple interfaces like SAP, Empower (CDS), Crystal Report creation and modification with respect to Labware LIMS system.

• Experience in compliance environments like Pharmaceutical / Health care industries and Exposure on different regulatory guidelines like 21 CFR part11, Annexure 11 and GAMP5 etc\xe2\x80\xa6

• End to End Validation and Documentation knowledge for LIMS implementation.

• Ability to understand the business requirements, technical issues and Solving capability within LIMS systems.

• Support Business Analysts during business requirements capture to ensure that standardisation will not be compromised by the change.

• Where required, work with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with standardised template.

• Where required, support delivery partners with the testing phase to ensure that change has been implemented to the correct standardised template as advised.

• Extensive experience working as an IT Developer role like recording Requirements & Design workshops with various Business & IS stakeholders, GAMP 5 CSV documentation skills, excellent communication skills.

• Proven track record of expertise of suite of R&D, QC and ITIL solutions e.g., LIMS (Labware mandatory), SAP (preferred), Document Management System (preferred), Service Now (preferred), HPQC ALM (preferred) etc.

• Hands on with Labware LIMS Basic, Crystal reports, Java, XML, ELN, Excel Macros etc.
