ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
Responsible for smooth working of Assets Operation
Responsible for daily Reconciliation of GL & Disbursement Process
Responsible for timely closure SR and Complaint
Coordinate with Business for closure of the issue
Vendor management and timely renewal of vendor agreement
Coordinate between Payments unit for accurate funding
Ensure adherence to process and regulatory compliance
Responsible for timely implementation of regulatory circulars relating to Assets Operations

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business/ Financials
Process loan within the agreed SLA
Publish daily MIS to support Business
Customer
Ensure the branch grievances are addressed and resolved within the stipulated time frame.
Maintain accuracy in Financial Transactions viz. Loan Amount, Processing Fee, Insurance, and other income and expenses ledgers.
Zero Instances of wrong disbursements
100% reconciliation of Loans Disbursed Vs mandate Registered/Rejected
Managed Operation Service Quality Index properly and work on it's Improvement
Internal Process
Tracking of documents received and handled at RO
Daily recon of Cash In Hand & Operations ledgers.
Monitor records unit to ensure process compliance and Customer confidentiality
Audit of high value documents
Monitoring of physical documents against image-based processing
Monitoring of post disbursal documents (Ro copy etc.)
Scrutinize property document against the legal opinion report.
Learning & Innovation
Learning of new process of other Units
Update self about SOP's pertaining to the transactions handled.
All assigned modules for the Team to be completed in Swayam
Skip- level meetings / townhalls/Online with members of teams managed - at least 1 per month
Attrition in units managed should be reduced by a factor of 5% vis-a-vis actual annualized attrition rate of 2021-22.
Back up Identification and training of all critical roles.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Experience
7+ years of experience;
Certifications
Banking Exams*
Functional Skills
Sound functional knowledge of banking ops processes
Conversant with core banking applications (Finacle preferred) and CRM applications
Working knowledge of workflow applications such as Siebel, FCRM etc.
Usage of MS Excel and MS Word
