ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
This role is responsible to coordinate admin services & user support, ensure service satisfaction by internal users by efficient deployment of services and connectivity.
To maintain day to day administrative and infrastructure facilities for assigned branches/clusters
To coordinate submission of fixed assets reconciliation reports of assigned branches in coordination with Branch Managers
To serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC), for all compliance related submission Ho/RO for inspections and audits (rental agreements, TL and S & E Act)
Respond and resolve complaints received from branches concerning repairs & maintenance of assets for their allocated branches/ premises in coordination with vendors
Arrange facilities and manage events as required by the departments at their allocated premises
Customer (Both Internal & External)
Maintain a professional relationship with Landlords and vendors and coordinate for any admin & infra related documentation required at regional levels.
Liaise with statutory bodies - Only Shops and Establishments / Trade Licenses (if required)
Internal Process
Ensure Signage maintenance, matters related Trade License, and Shops & Establishment Act are managed professionally
Ensure Broadband installation and maintenance of the same in coordination with IT.
Manage vendor responsible for maintenance of office maintenance including pantry
Scheduling and development of work force to maintain highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene
Reporting branch's admin related matters to supervisor as per escalation matrix
Adhere to timelines all official communications & documentations such as contracts, agreements and compliance
Innovation & Learning
To coordinate for goal setting, target and performance rewards for Admin & Infra team for their admin related compliance and routine works.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Educational
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any specialization
Functional Skills
Thorough knowledge of facility management, must have handled vendors and worked on renovation site. Understanding of utility providers
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power
Behavioral Skills
Must have worked in a team with specific contribution (measurable)
Good written communications, and professional vocabulary
Must possess acceptable Interpersonal Skills, and display maturity
