Title: Specialist III, Accounts Payable

You will be reporting to the Manager I, Accounts Payable

Introduction to Function & Role:

The Global EA Royalty team (GEAR) manages all worldwide license and development contracts, about product development for all Studios, and third-party and distribution contracts. GEAR\'s direct internal partners are Studio Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Affairs and Legal. The group manages over 800 contracts. Our mission is to affect profitable business strategy and to influence the adoption of best practices in license and developer agreements by designing and leading royalty processes and by providing insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. You will maintain contract payment trackers and send reminders to the Senior Royalty Analysts on upcoming due dates.

2. You will prepare royalty payments by ensuring compliance with contracts and accounting policies.

3. Vendor research to confirm the correct site for each payment.

4. You will run and publish reports for the GEAR team

5. Support team activities

6. Assist in ad hoc projects

7. Open to learning skills

8. Preparing and maintaining SOP documentation of the process

Job Requirements

1. A bachelo\'s degree in accounting or a master\'s in business administration

2. 7-8 years of hands-on experience in End-to-End AP process and Vendor Reconciliation

3. Knowledge of General Ledger and preparing Journal entries is beneficial.

4. Experience with an ERP system, Oracle 11i or R12

5.Good in Excel functions,

7. Good team player and result oriented

8. Flexible In the shift to work based on the process requirement
