About the Role
The Specialist - IFM (Technical) will be part of the Corporate Real Estate & Services department. The primary objective of this role is to ensure branch uptime by attending to breakdowns and managing operations and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure business continuity at offices and branches.
• Travel to offices and branches to perform maintenance activities.
• Maintain equipment uptime for UPS, DG sets, and currency counting machines.
• Conduct audits of electrical infrastructure in offices.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
• Organize vendor meetings and provide evaluations and feedback.
• Manage vendor billing and ensure no dues.
• Ensure electrical and fire safety equipment is properly maintained.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Adhere to the maintenance budget and monitor budget vs actuals.
• Coordinate payment of utility bills across India via BBPS Desk.
• Prepare monthly provisions.
• Publish periodic management MIS dashboards.
• Maintain maintenance records for governance and compliance.

What We Are Looking For
Education

• Graduation in one of the following fields: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), or B.Tech.
• Post-graduation: MBA or PGDM.

Experience

• 2 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and fire safety systems.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Proficiency in preparing MIS dashboards and maintaining compliance records.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
