Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth. Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable payment solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Ensure adherence to coding standards, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies. Conduct code reviews, design evaluations, and hands-on troubleshooting to maintain technical quality and reliability.

Must Have Skills:
