Role description

Role Proficiency:



Work on complex projects creating Design of Concepts UX Strategy User Flows Information Architecture Prototype & Visual Designs for large-scale solutions



Outcomes:



Collaborates with business development research and prototyping and product management to define the next generations of business concepts and solutions

Participate with UX and Design Team and key stakeholders to develop a research approach and schedule

Work closely with relevant stakeholders to translate business problems into effective digital experiences that help customers.

Participate in concept and usability testing gather feedback to come up with creative ways to solve UX problems.

Working with key stakeholders to understand their business needs solve their problems elegantly and advocate industry best practices for user centric design (UCD)

Assists in synthesizing findings to inform a better understanding of customers; give insight into business value and identify potential usability issues and design opportunities

Assists in converting research findings into actionable results

Assists in designing UX metrics to measure and track the impact of design changes on user experience

Participate in independent user research

Understand customers product roadmap

Assist in creating the design guidelines and follows the customer brand-book

Assist in setting up processes and standards

Conducts study of competitive products after analysing the business objectives user needs and brand direction. Assist in collecting the related data by interviewing users and lead creating a user requirements analysis document

Work closely with other team members including Business Owners Product/Delivery Managers UX Designers and Development Teams to bring the designs to life

Work closely with customers conducting user studies and research documenting user stories and requirements while crafting UX engagements that exceed customer's expectations

Assist in maintaining a reusable repository of design artefacts that helps in rapid prototyping

Contribute to capability development in area of expertise (e.g. Training Webinars Blogs)

Customer feedback on overall quality (zero escalations)

Participate in user studies and research

seeking for a skilled and experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Front-End Developer with a strong focus on Single Page Applications (SPA) and Remote SPA development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM's front-end capabilities, including the integration of SPAs, and will play a key role in delivering seamless, high-performance web experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement front-end solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, focusing on SPA and Remote SPA architecture. - Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. - Integrate SPAs into AEM using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring compatibility with AEM's core components and templates. - Customize and extend AEM components to support SPA functionality and enhance user experience. - Optimize front-end performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across devices and browsers. - Work with AEM's Client-Side Libraries (ClientLibs) to manage and deliver front-end assets efficiently. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SPA integration, front-end performance, and AEM workflows. - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in AEM development, front-end technologies, and SPA frameworks.
