The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.



The Specialist, Experimentation will support the Manager, Experimentation, on Inspire Brands Digital Experience Performance team, and will contribute to advancing our user experience and technology experimentation program by planning and executing A/B and multivariate tests on our guest-facing owned digital channels (websites and apps). This role will serve as a support function for Inspires SME (Manager, Experimentation) for managing and executing against our strategic UX experimentation roadmap.

To assist with delivering on our aggressive multi-year roadmap and priorities, you will partner closely with other Digital Experience Performance team members, as well as our UX Design, Brand Digital Retail, Content, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver best-in-class execution of our experimentation roadmap.

You will assist in ensuring complete information collection for experimentation intake, strategic value potential-based prioritization, consistent experimentation uptime across all brand channels, quality execution of testing efforts, and clear tracking/documentation of our overall experimentation program. A successful candidate will have experience with digital user experience testing and optimization tactics and tools, and strong program management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help drive the evolution of testing platform to support experimentation efforts across all Inspire Brands websites and apps at scale
  • Manage cross-functional intake process to capture hypotheses, KPIs, opportunity size, and duration estimates to add to testing backlog
  • Collaborate regularly with UX, Digital Experience Performance, Analytics, and Technical teams to prioritize experiments based on value potential and effort
  • Ensure experimentation standards are met by conducting UAT on tests pre-build, prior to launch and while in production
  • Build and execute A/B or multi-variate tests using Inspires experimentation tool of choice for each brand
  • Finalize and share test briefs and results summaries with DXP Managers for review and refinement
  • Contribute to management of cross-brand experimentation backlog and roadmap via internal Kanban and product management tools
  • Supports the Manager, Experimentation in prioritizing and maintaining our testing roadmap to make the best use of available traffic and testing resources, and to avoid any conflicts between tests or with brand initiatives
  • Track program outcomes and success rates over time, frequently sharing win rates and contributing to strategic refinement of experiment types to grow frequency of successful tests
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree and minimum of 2 year of experience with enterprise digital user experience testing program, with a proven track record of identifying UX optimizations through successful experimentation
  • Project/program management experience with UX testing context preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
  • Familiarity/knowledge with relevant digital UX A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Split, Apptimize, etc.)
  • Strong project/program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining tight deadlines
  • Strong ability to partner cross-functionally in supporting hypothesis generation, experiment selection/design, and setting success/failure criteria for experiments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to empathetically solve challenging cross-functional conflict
  • Proficiency with Jira preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Quantum Metric preferred
  • Passion for digital user experience performance and optimization, with ability to make data-driven identifications of user friction, resulting in actionable recommendations for improvements through experimentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment on complex and varied assignments across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
