Job Description

Quality Assurance Engineer who will take end-to-end ownership of software quality across our products. The role involves understanding business requirements, designing and executing test strategies, collaborating closely with engineering and business teams, and ensuring high-quality releases in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements to define quality expectations
Prepare and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
Execute manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, UI, and UAT phases
Ensure releases meet defined quality standards from development through UAT
Identify, log, track, and coordinate resolution of defects with development teams
Maintain QA environments and manage test data
Implement and maintain test automation using appropriate tools and frameworks
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews
Communicate QA status, risks, and test results to stakeholders

Performance Testing (exposure/experience using JMeter is a plus)
Requirements
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Manual/Automation Testing.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline.

• Experience in Web Based Application Testing.

• Experience in understanding the Requirements.

• Experience in Test Scenarios and Test Cases preparation.

• Experience in Test Execution, Defect Tracking and Test Result Reporting.

• Experience in all testing types (Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration

• Testing, GUI Testing, User Acceptance Testing...)

• Experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

• Good in Communication skill.

• Experience or Knowledge on Automation testing.

• Experience (or) Exposure in Performance Testing using the test automation tool JMeter.
