Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Order Management:

Manage end-to-end order processing across ecommerce channels to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Inventory Control:

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts/overstocking.

Logistics Coordination:

Work with logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries, returns, and high customer satisfaction.

B2B Order Management:

Operate and optimize platforms like Shopify, Magento, Amazon, and Viniculum. Utilize SAP S/4HANA for warehouse management.

Data Analysis:

Track ecommerce KPIs (sales, returns, fulfillment times, etc.) to identify trends and improvement areas.

Customer Support Liaison:

Collaborate with service teams to resolve order, delivery, and return issues.

Campaign Support:

Support ecommerce promotions by ensuring proper setup and coordinating shipping needs.

Skills Required
