Requirements
What You'll Do:
Digital & Growth Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, website, and email
Manage campaign calendars, workflows, and performance dashboards
Build and optimize paid and organic strategies to increase reach and quality leads
Website Management & SEO
Lead website updates and enhancements
Conduct regular SEO audits; implement on-page, technical, and keyword optimization
Improve website UX, conversion paths, and overall search visibility
Content & Social Media
Co-own the company's LinkedIn presence--posting, engagement, analytics, and growth
Collaborate with content writers on blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, and case studies
Create social graphics via Canva or coordinate with design resources
HubSpot CRM & Automation
Build landing pages, forms, workflows, and nurturing sequences
Maintain CRM hygiene, segmentation, and reporting dashboards
Partner with sales to support lead qualification, scoring, and handovers
Email & Lead Nurturing
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns for different audience segments
Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, CTAs, and content formats
Track and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs across channels and present insights with actionable recommendations
Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
Provide campaign performance reports to marketing leadership and sales stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
Required Skills:
3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably B2B tech, SaaS, AI, or consulting)
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn campaigns, HubSpot Marketing Hub, SEO, and email automation
Proven ability to manage digital campaigns end-to-end
Good understanding of analytics dashboards, A/B testing, funnel metrics, and reporting
Strong writing skills and ability to adapt content for digital channels
Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva or equivalent)
Nice to Have:
Experience with LinkedIn and/or Google Ads management
Familiarity with ABM strategies
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website edits
Exposure to the data/analytics/AI industry.
