15 Petabyte of data hosted, 49 countries supported, 15000 servers and thousands of devices to connect locations and businesses.

The role is responsible to coordinate/orchestrate the deployment of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to Novartis business applications. Work on tasks assigned to IAM Onboarding queue. Coordinate IAM onboarding activities with the different delivery teams (Onboarding - Operations - Engineering - Architecture - Escalation) within the IAM organization.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work on tasks (primarily L1/L2) on various IAM products/tools available in Novartis and manage 3rd party service organization to onboard business applications on IAM products/tools.

• Monitor IAM Onboarding queue. Handle and address all requests related to IAM onboarding activities. Act as IAM onboarding Single Point of contact.

• Work in close collaboration with Application Managers, Business Information Systems Management & Engineers, Architecture and Operations to deploy current and new IAM solutions to Applications

• Comfortable with managing application escalations and ensuring quick resolution returns and deliver KPI of IAM Onboarding. Takes responsibility to ensure adherence for On boarded Applications to Security and Compliance policies

• Track and report IAM application onboarding progress with experience with driving 3rd party service organization performance improvements

• Support improvements and standardization for the IAM solutions and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IAM onboarding services

• Develop and enhance IAM onboarding processes to improve deployment of IAM solutions into the live environment

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool. Able to create and run reports in ServiceNow ticketing tool track IAM Onboarding tickets and trends.

Minimum requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:

• 5-10 years of IT experience with university working and thinking level, degree in computer science or comparable education / experience

• Proven skills and experienced knowledge in the area of Identity Access Management, and in particular of Identity Governance and Access control management

• Strong technical and hands on experience in at least one of these IAM products/tools, Oracle Identity manager, AZURE Active Directory, Active Directory and Cyberark.

• Business Analyst capabilities to support identity & role management, curiosity for technical questions.

• Experience with regulatory frameworks, such as SOX, GxP, or similar.

• Proven ability to manage multiple activities, IAM onboardings, and deliverables which may involve service providers
