Security Problem Manager.
Minimum of 6-8 Years of Experience in ITSM Problem Management area with fare understanding of Security Incidents and Problem Management lifecycle.
Candidate MUST BE in Pune and ready to work from Pune.

• Very Good Understanding of Problem Management Processes
• Research the root causes of incidents, make temporary solutions (workarounds) available, and develop final solutions for known errors.
• Ability to proactively engage in problem management by analyzing trends or historical data of incidents and services.
• Coordination \xe2\x80\x93 Problem managers must understand the knowledge and skillsets throughout the organization, so they can determine which subject matter experts to engage on a problem. The problem manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Communication \xe2\x80\x93 The problem manager maintains an overview of the problem queue, updating status and keeping the affected stakeholder informed of progress. Should be able to communicate effectively with Sr. leadership and give state updates as and when needed.
• Facilitation \xe2\x80\x93 The problem manager should be a key member of any team created to manage a major incident and to facilitate data collection and analysis, leading to a long-term fix for the issue. This ensures a permanent solution is investigated at the same time as the incident team is trying to resolve the immediate impact.
• Should have good experience in hosting postmortem calls.
• Problem management and continuous improvement are closely related. Removing repeat incidents will contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services. Problem management is the only process that provides specific tools for continuous improvement by identifying actual or potential failures and transforming these into opportunities for improvement.
• Good exposure and hands-on experience on creating Power point presentations, reports and matrix to be presented to sr. leadership team.
