Job Summary


Assist in the setup of the NRI partnerships including RM hiring and Training Processes for booking products, product brochures, AOF, marketing materials Ensure that all relevant stakeholder approvals (including L&C, OR, Finance, Business, HR) both in Local country and India are available for various NRI products and services proposed to be made available in the above geographies Supporting the NRI teams in the respective locations post setup in NRI product know-how and other assistance from a Products standpoint. Support pan-India teams & drive Cross Border Referrals to offshore locations & growth of country network revenue Reviewing and Monitoring of Cross Border Referrals and publishing regular updates/Mis Tracking of each referrals to ensure end to end conversion

Key Responsibilities


Strategy



Reviewing the process towards streamlining and improving TAT as relevant Regular engagement with stakeholders onshore and offshore towards business development and process improvements resulting in better conversion

Business



Tracking of the Country Engagement Rules on a regular basis, ensuring the latest update is available with frontline all times. This is to ensure complete adherence to the CER guidelines.

Processes



Engagement with Control functions both onshore and offshore for CER related requirements.

Risk Management



Ensure adherence to laid down processes, facilitate first time resolution. Minimize rejections and customer complaints
