Olam Global Business Services (OGBS) is a captive unit that offers End to End business process and analytics solutions. OGBS currently offers its solutions in 6 Platforms: Finance, Supply Chain, People services, Risk & Market Compliance, Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. At this moment, OGBS is located in City of Chennai, India and provides its services to over 20 countries. Job Summary

Olam is exposed to various risks in the Agri commodity business. The Role of the Risk Office is to approve and monitor the risk exposures and independently report to CEO/Board. Olam Technology & Business Services (OTBS) Pte Ltd provides business services and IT solutions to Olam. Olam Global Business Services (OGBS) vertical within OTBS is looking for a risk analyst who will be part of the Risk Reporting Office Team to support Olam\'s Risk Office to monitor and manage credit and counterparty risks.

• Consolidating and Reporting of Credit and Counterparty exposures for specific Business units, with focus on overdues and breaches

• Analyze and assess the financial statements and credit history of existing and potential clients
• Review credit applications and perform credit checks
• Collaborate with IT to automate manual reporting and to resolve day to day issues
• Periodic consolidation and review of currency exposures run across the globe
• Escalate the limit breaches to Senior Risk Managers for immediate action
• Independently manage the reporting changes and templates requested by Senior Risk Managers and quickly deliver on them
• Identify process improvements and simplify the processes to improve productivity
• Act as a back up for other team members during their absence to ensure service delivery
