Under direct supervision, assists in the administration of provisions to small/standard 401(k) plan documents ensuring that all plan document requests are processed according tthe company's and the plan sponsors' standards.
Essential Functions:Responsible for the daily support and processing of retirement plan provisions ensuring compliance with plan rules and regulations.
Assist in the successful restatement of qualified plan documents by mapping prior plan provisions to new prototype document provisions.
Evaluate amendment and document related requests and determine appropriate action.
Responds to plan sponsor requests for information; resolving plan sponsor administrative or service problems with regards to plan documentation rules and design.
Provide exceptional customer service internal and external customers via phone, mail and electronic media.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:Non-specialized bachelors degree; without a degree, 3 years minimum work experience with a portion of these 3 years in a related field
1-2 years related work experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:Normal Office Working Conditions
Flexible working in shift hrs
