Content Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
- Plan, create and schedule daily social media posts (visuals + copy) across Rental Scale-Up social media channels (LinkedIn Page, LinkedIn and Facebook Groups, Twitter)
- Vendor Slack management: Create and post daily engagement threads within our private network of industry experts to boost participation and foster discussions.
- TikTok and Instagram outreach: Create and publish video content, optimize hashtag strategy to improve engagement, and connect and build relationships with industry influencers.
- Edit and publish short video content.
- Publish LinkedIn newsletter
- Monitor and report network performance using key relevant metrics.
- Help organize online events:
- Create landing pages to allow attendees to register
- Create promo assets such as social media posts, and promo emails (using Mailchimp or similar)
- Set up online events using Zoom webinars, create email automation using Mailchimp
About You:
- 2 years working on social media execution
- Have a great sense of what an audience wants to see or read (who is the user persona?
What do they care about?
- Ability to create messages that resonate with the audience and match the tone of voice of the brand
- Capacity to find the most relevant points in an article and create an appealing summary
- Decent video editing skills include adding an intro and an outro or extracting the best of a long video and turning it into Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
- Have familiarity with social media analytics monitoring
- Know how to use common social media design tools such as Canva / Figma
