Role - SAFe Scrum Master Minimum Requirements
Bachelors/15 years of full time education
Techno-functional working experience within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE
SAFe (Scaled Agile) trained/certified
Work from Pune/Mumbai
Align work in EST timezone (atleast 75 PERCENT coverage)
Previous experience (atleast 1 project / 6 months) in similar role of Scrum Master
Atleast 1 project / 3 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE
Experience working in Azure DevOps (ADO)
Overall 5-7 years of experience
Must Have's / Responsibilities
Servant Leader and coach for an Agile team.
Help remove impediments and foster an environment of high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
Built-in Quality practices
Responsibilities as mentioned within Scaled Agile Framework
Education: Any Graduate
