Job Description
The Role
Purpose:
- Support the operation of JV Governance & Assurance activities
- Support Annual Assurance process and improvement projects
- Support the operation of Metricstream activities
- Co-ordinate in the preparation and analysis of various Management Reports.
- Ensure integrity of data maintained in Company file
- Compliance monitoring and reporting
- Support Annual Assurance process and 20F reporting
- Support Management reporting and improvement projects
- Support RCI, COC and SOX sign off process in Metricstream
- Experience in Governance and Assurance activities
- Good knowledge of Shell Control Framework and ability to assess risk & value on the business requirements
- Strong improvement mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence and communicate effectively through virtual networks
- Confident to challenge and open to different views and opinions.
- Positive, innovative and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Self-starter and ability to manage diverse cultural/ethnic sensitivities.
- Ability to deal effectively with complexity and having eye for detail.
- Ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with all levels of the organization, finance and IT.
