Business Operations Specialist

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization\'s strengths, finding ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities. You will understand business implications of solutions and identify best practices, communicating them to drive knowledge management initiatives.

You will:

• Manage workflow and optimize day-to-day activities. Handle KFS (Key Financial systems) and other financial system.
• Standardize User Access Management process and recommend automations, implementing the same using various tools.
• Handle volume management, segregation of work as per the process requirements meeting the agreed SLA.
• Identify the issues and recommend changes to the respective team on possible solutions.
• Support PWC / UAR (User Access Review) for all the application owned by GIS with walk through and evidence requirement required for Audit.

Essential Requirements

• Typically requires 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to drive accurate and timely decisions.
• Solid organizational skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables.

Desirable Requirements

• SOX and Business controls knowledge along with Basic SQL & Database Tool Knowledge.
• Oracle & Lightning based systems Knowledge.
