Job Title Specialist, Business Development
What Does a Specialist, Business Strategy do at Fiserv?
Fiserv is looking for a Specialist in its Business Strategy team, who will be responsible for handling strategic intelligence initiatives from Global Sales and Product teams. The person will be responsible for delivering critical insights about Fiserv's clients, competition and target industries. As a Specialist, you will be a market expert with a strong track record of identifying strategic growth opportunities. You will work in a collaborative environment communicating and engaging with multiple teams on a regular basis to provide insights as per their needs.
What you will do:

• Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to prepare structured reports and deliver actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide initiatives--identifying growth opportunities, client focus areas, competitor strategies, and emerging market disruptions

• Develop compelling storyboards and partner with product, sales, and strategy teams to translate research insights into clear, actionable narratives

• Lead high-impact research initiatives that influence C-suite decision-making, support thought leadership, and shape go-to-market strategies

• Regularly lead engagements and spearhead presentations to support organizational initiatives

What you will need to have:

• 7-9 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, (preferably in Financial services, Banking or IT)

• Strong business acumen, excellent problem solving, and sharp analytical skills

• Advanced level of expertise in PowerPoint, Word and MS Excel

• High proficiency in research databases such as Forrester, IDC, OneSource, Factiva etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What would be nice to have:

• Background in Financial Services or IT consulting or management consulting

• Experience working across global teams in a sales enablement, advisory or strategy function

• Experience with any data visualization tools such as Power BI, and Tableau
