Job Description

Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for SAP PP module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design solutions, and translate them into effective SAP PP processes Provide expert guidance on master data management, production orders, work centers, bills of materials (BOMs), and routing Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production planning processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization, capacity planning, and materials management Detailed Scheduling: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP Detailed Scheduling to optimize production schedules, sequencing, and resource allocation Work closely with production and scheduling teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of production plans, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput SAP QM Module: Lead QM module implementations and enhancements, focusing on quality inspection processes, quality control plans, and integration with production processes Guide the integration of SAP QM with other modules like Material Management (MM) and Production Planning to ensure seamless quality control across the supply chain End-user Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on SAP PP/QM functionalities and best practices Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP PP/QM, ensuring minimal disruption to production and quality operations Documentation and Reporting: Document configuration settings, process flows, and user manuals for SAP PP/QM solutions Generate reports and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, scheduling accuracy, and quality metrics Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and align SAP PP/QM solutions with overall business objectives Provide expert advice to support decision-making processes related to manufacturing, scheduling, and quality management Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field; Master\'s degree preferred 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP PP, Detailed Scheduling, and SAP QM modules Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes, as well as quality management principles Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP PP/QM issues Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Relevant SAP certifications would be a plus Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP developments and industry trends
