About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Podcast Content Creator to conceptualize, script, and produce engaging episodes that amplify Innovaccer's voice in healthcare transformation. If you're passionate about storytelling through sound and can blend creativity with strategy, you'll thrive in this role.
A Day in the Life

• Develop podcast content strategy aligned with Innovaccer's brand and marketing goals.
• Research topics, create episode outlines, draft scripts, and prepare interview questions.
• Collaborate with hosts, guests, and production teams to execute each episode smoothly.
• Write compelling show notes, summaries, and promotional copy for digital platforms.
• Stay abreast of podcasting trends, storytelling techniques, and emerging content formats.
• Support post-production activities including editing guidance, sound quality review, and feedback integration.
• Track listener engagement metrics and recommend improvements to enhance reach and audience experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
• 5 years+ experience in podcast production, audio storytelling, or branded content creation.
• Strong writing and narrative-building skills with a good sense of pacing and structure.
• Familiarity with podcasting tools and platforms (Audacity, Descript, Adobe Audition, Spotify for Podcasters, etc.).
• Excellent coordination, communication, and project management abilities.
• Understanding of social media and digital content promotion.
• Someone who gets joy out of simplifying complex topics without dumbing them down.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience hosting, scripting, or producing podcasts in the tech or healthcare domain.
• Creative storytelling mindset with the ability to identify guest opportunities and trending topics.
• Basic audio editing or production knowledge is a plus.
