Identify, introduce and associate with new Business Associates using referrals and market intelligence.
2.Develop an active network of Business Associates who can actively arrange vehicles and drivers from market.
3.Analyse and review BA operations performance regularly to close gaps and ensure constant improvement in service quality
4.Support and ensure Implementation of SOP and key business processes as communicated by central BA Development & Strategy team for BA engagement incl. R&R, Trainings & BA events.
5.Build a database of BA performance and support in conducting induction
6.Ensure timely & satisfactory resolution of BA concerns & queries.
