Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customers through Service management tools
Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various
department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution
Minimum Qualification:
F5 LTM/DNS/ASM/AFM domain Fortinet Firewall Hands-on experience for at least 4+ years
Network switching and Routing Hands-on skills
(1.) To maintain SOP\'s and runbooks of the respective technical track. (2.) To attend and handle complex L2 calls (3.) To handle L3 complex calls under L3 Engineer (4.) To provide telephonic and remote trouble shooting support
