What you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for representing and delivering the technology during the installation and testing phase of AV infrastructure and equipment.
This role will be accountable to ensure that Amgen AV standards are adhered to at all AV endpoints.
This role will be responsible for coordination with the General Contractor and subsequent vendors (Furniture, Electrical, Network) to ensure that all AV infrastructure requirements are satisfied.

• Lead the scope, schedule and budget impacts for all AV installations while meeting all project timelines. The ability to provide updates for all as required.
• Understand AV standards and how they integrate with other trades during the buildout of the Amgen site.
• Applying construction drawings, confirm that infrastructure requirements for AV equipment is installed per the callout for each AV endpoint.
• Understanding the end user requirements to ensure they are supported by the AV installation. Conduct testing and follow-up with AV vendor for resolution.
• Relationship Management of multiple vendors and Amgen teams, including the DWX Engineering, construction, capital projects, AV & furniture vendors, project architect, general contractor teams

What we expect of you
Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree OR
• Masters degree and 4 to 6 years of Project Management experience OR
• Bachelors degree and 6 to 8 years of Project Management experience OR
• Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Project Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with projects involving Audio Visual and End User computing for modern workspace settings.
• Familiarity with the following tools and methodologies: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel
