Implementing the technical solutions aligned with the documented requirements and user stories



Building request workflows as required



Ensuring development aligns with CSDM and ServiceNow best practices as defined by IMC



Participating in Agile ceremonies and providing development estimates and feedback



Conducting unit testing and supporting UAT efforts



Addressing defects and making necessary enhancements based on feedback



Supporting golive and production validation



Analysis of all active catalog request items



Engagement with IT Support teams for input



Deployment Publish updated catalog with communication to end users
