Job Summary



Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Architecture to design and map business processes effectively







Develop and design comprehensive business process frameworks aligned with organizational goals Utilize expertise in business process design and mapping to analyze current workflows and identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure business processes support strategic objectives Document business processes clearly to facilitate understanding and implementation across departments Leverage knowledge in Business Architecture to support transformation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency



Roles and Responsibilities



Lead the design and mapping of business processes to optimize organizational performance Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into process designs Conduct workshops and sessions to validate process maps and ensure alignment with business needs Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and recommend enhancements Support change management activities related to business process improvements Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on business process methodologies
