Experience with Control M Administration on Distributed Systems
Experience in job scheduling
Skills on Unix Shell Scripting K Shell BASH Shell Sed Awk and other FTP pattern matching utilities Strong skills in Defining and Debugging shell scripts on Linux UNIX Solaris and Windows systems with vbs and bat Unix Linux OS Fundamentals
Knowledge of NFS NAS SAN and disk space
Troubleshooting of administrative issues in the Control M environment Sound knowledge of Control modules Application plugins AFT DB Java SAP etc
Experience on Add Ons of Control M Good understanding of utilities and various automation activities which can be done through control M utilities Should be able to provide solutions to batch scheduling and operations team for any control m related issues Manage any Control M improvements projects related to automation and best practice Manage any Control M upgrade projects including planning testing and working with the Distributed and security support teams Support various scripts and provide monitoring of various directories in production Define services Accounts and FTP setups as per operational requirement Disaster Recovery Design Architect Planning Strategy Document Writer and Implementer Participator in plan execution On call support and handling issues as per business priority
Knowledge of Incident and Change management process as per ITIL good with SNOW and SAP SM37 knowledge will be given preference
Oncall Support and 24x7 Shift model
PS Must be Infrastructure Administrator of Control M and have deep knowledge and experience on the BMC Control M platform as a whole all of its core components Server EM CCM Agents GUI etc
Perform upgrade migration and new installation of Control M Server Control M EM and Agents
Should have experience in DR HA activity daily analysis and reporting of production Installing configuring Agents Plug ins for Control M
Should have sound knowledge and hands on on Control M Utility
Evaluate system performance and recommend the improvement areas
Should have good knowledge and hands on in control M 9 21 Rest API Application Integrator MFT SAP module
