Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements for commercerelated processes eg order management pricing promotions inventory payment systems
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to optimize workflows and systems
• Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams IT Marketing Finance Operations to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives
• Perform data analysis to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Support system integration and ensure smooth data flow between commerce platforms and ERPCRM systems
• Assist in UAT User Acceptance Testing and validate solutions against requirements
• Prepare process documentation SOPs and training materials for endusers
• Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements based on evolving business needs

Required Skills
Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce Business Administration or related field
• 8 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years in CommerceECommerceRetail domain
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash cycle
• Pricing and discount structures
• Inventory and supply chain processes
• Familiarity with ECommerce platforms Magento Shopify Oracle Commerce and ERP systems SAP Oracle
• Proficiency in SQL data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in AgileScrum methodology
