Job Summary: The Specialist Application Development role is responsible for the development and maintenance of both new and existing applications. The position involves coding, programming, documentation, testing, and debugging. This role is crucial for the successful development and maintenance of applications, requiring a blend of technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in Java, Spring boot, and cloud technologies, and will be capable of handling complex tasks and delivering high-quality results consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Develop and maintain applications using programming languages and technologies.
xc2xb7 Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements or new products.
xc2xb7 Interact with users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.
Qualification
xc2xb7 Preferred bachelors degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience.
xc2xb7 Typically requires 5+ years of experience in software development.
xc2xb7 Proficiency in Java, Spring boot (Rest, MVS, Security), Spring Integration, Kubernetes, MySQL Server, Couchbase.
Experience:
xc2xb7 Over 5 years of experience in developing cloud-native applications using Java/spring boot.
xc2xb7 Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
xc2xb7 Experience in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
xc2xb7 Solid hands-on technical experience in Java, spring boot, and cloud deployment.
xc2xb7 Conceptual knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Couchbase, bitbucket, Kafka, Postman, Jenkins.
