Location: India-Gurugram
Job Purpose Responsible for engaging with the customers and contribute to the achievements of AN SBU in India Subcontinent.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing of Fertilizer products for assigned products/ customers in the region in INS.
- Prepare the business forecast and AN SBU market update.
- Support India SBU Head to draw the Long Term and spot business contracts with customers to pursue the business strategy and market opportunities.
- Responsible for closely interacting with existing customers for day-to-day operations.
- Identifying new customers & business opportunities.
- Support in implementing the strategy and help in executing the business plans to achieve the strategies and targets in the area.
- Introduction of new product lines - Water Soluble Fertilizer (WSF) and Technical Grade Urea (TGU)
- Market survey of Technical Grade Urea / Water-soluble fertilizer.
- Identifying target customers.
- Competitor analysis.
- Capturing market share.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS INTERNAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and /or PGDM/ MBA Marketing.
- 10 years in a reputed corporate environment & minimum 5 years exposure to Agri nutrients space.
- As per SABIC Job Skills guidelines and framework applicable to this Career Line and Grade
- As per SABIC Competency guidelines and framework applicable to this Career Line and Grade
