Job Description



The International R&C team oversees risk and compliance across Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Latin America (LATAM), encompassing all risk and compliance disciplines, businesses and legal entities. The team provides holistic, enterprise-wide support and challenge to the regional management teams and lines of business across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, as they pursue growth opportunities outside the U.S. As part of the International R&C team, the incumbent will join the Governance, Strategy & Operations team who provide support and enablement to the International Chief Risk & Compliance Officer’s effective management of the function. Deliver significant transformation, actively contributing to the strategy agenda, enabling the International Chief R&C Officer to meet their regulatory accountability obligations, driving policy or regulatory change remediation, leading and delivering strategic change and/or key risk management initiatives. Working with and supporting the International Legal Entities. The incumbent will actively participate in strategic initiatives that have significant impact within the International R&C function. Working independently they will own and manage moderately complex projects related to strategic deliverables, risk management initiatives and enhancements, business improvements, regulatory obligations, financial and business planning, implementation of policies, standards, and/or processes. The incumbent will also support the management of Legal Entity (LE) Risk governance bodies enterprise-wide. Significant collaboration across International risk management with global and local stakeholders.
Governance Reporting

  • Prepares and processes documents for specific meetings to committee members including, meeting minutes
  • Risk Committee administration, including meeting logistics management (diaries, invites, ensuring quorum)
  • Agenda management; working with co-chairs and SRM’s to manage the forward looking agenda and ensure presenters are familiar with requirements around presentation and submission of papers
  • Action Management; administration of the action log, obtaining updates and expediting responses from action owners
  • Attendance Management; administration of the attendance tracker
  • Administration of the Risk Committee pack; collation, first level QA of papers and distribution
  • Helps to ensures compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities are met from a governance perspective
  • Maintains and updates data on a regular basis with the relevant information
  • Responsible for working with, and supporting, the Issuer Services CRO governance activities, including preparing agendas, managing all the arrangements for meetings, managing committee papers/presentation briefing.
