What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve
As an Inside Product Specialist , you will deliver technical solutions (with focus on Dell Storage Solutions) to the Inside Sales Team that address customers\xe2\x80\x99 varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

You will:

• Be a technical advisor to the sales team and work cooperatively to help them fulfill and exceed their goals
• Recommend business solutions, products and services based on the client\xe2\x80\x99s need
• Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions
• Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team
• Establish relationships with customers and eventually manage your own accounts

Essential Requirements

• 1\xe2\x80\x932 years of experience in a customer-facing or inside sales role with proven sales skills to build on
• Focus on results
• Eagerness to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Dell Technologies portfolio
• Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize.

• Good oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with potential customers via phone.

• Prior knowledge of Storage fundamentals would be an advantage.

• Leaning attitude and aptitude towards around Storage, Servers Datacenter solutions domain essential
