Job Overview:

We are hiring a vigilant and professional Special Security Guards (Bouncer like appearance).The role requires a strong presence, alertness, and the ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Students entry, check IDs, and enforce house policies Monitor Students behavior and prevent conflicts or disruptions Escort unruly or intoxicated individuals out of the premises when required Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth and safe operations Respond promptly to emergency situations and security concerns

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and manage students respectfully while maintaining control Observe and report suspicious or dangerous behavior Support crowd control during special events Assist in emergency protocols. Maintain daily security logs and incident reports

Core Competencies:

High alertness and attention to detail Calm under pressure and conflict resolution Strong presence and authority with customer service approach Clear communication and coordination Basic understanding of local safety and hospitality laws
