To prepare the Baseline assessment, based on that make some plans to develop their Audio levels of the child Based on child Audiogram fixing the proper Hearing aid. To set the Quarterly Goals set up. Provide Pre & Post Therapies to the children Provide quality Auditory Verbal Therapies for the underwent CI Surgery children. Goals settings to each and every child. Regularly check the device status and changing the batteries etc. Giving Regular AV Therapy with TLM along with the parent. Conducting the Group Therapies among the group. Creating awareness on the device management and trouble shooting. Parents counseling for self-sustain of their child. Undertaking Children assessments for hearing and speech Provide Audition, speech and language therapy services Giving advice and support to students, family members and teachers writing reports Maintaining records and case notes Monitoring and evaluating child's progress for hearing and speech Special educators are to give quality education methods to develop them individually. Prepare their IEP & conduct group discussion classes. Equip the children with TLM. Ensure that all the HI children to participate in each and every activity with all the children to develop their Language To take the remedial classes for children. Academics (teaching in accordance with syllabus) and review of curriculum. Academic performance of students Work in collaboration with the speech therapist, audiologist and parents Reinforce goals set by the speech therapist and audiologist
