Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Educator located in Ghaziabad. The Special Educator will be responsible for identifying, supporting, and guiding students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive school environment. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), adapting curriculum and teaching strategies, conducting assessments, and working closely with teachers, parents, and counselors to ensure each child's academic and emotional development. The role also involves maintaining documentation as per CBSE and RCI guidelines, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, and promoting inclusive and supportive classroom practices across the school.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. in Special Education

OR

Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. (General) along with a Diploma/Certificate in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Mandatory registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Relevant experience in supporting children with diverse learning needs in school settings Strong communication, observation, and collaboration skills Commitment to inclusive, ethical, and student-centered education

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?43,589.82 per month
