: Morning/day shifts with some weekend availability

Responsibilities

: Conduct assessments to identify each child's educational and developmental needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in coordination with the therapy team. Deliver structured academic and functional skill instruction tailored to each child. Utilize multisensory teaching techniques and specialized strategies (e.g., ABA, TEACCH, play-based learning). Modify general curriculum to meet individual needs. Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and provide monthly reports to parents. Collaborate with speech, occupational, and behavioral therapists. Conduct remedial sessions and parent training for home-based learning. Ensure discipline, safety, and emotional well?being in the classroom. Participate in workshops, staff meetings, and training sessions

Skills needed

: Patience, empathy, strong communication skills. Knowledge of learning disabilities and therapeutic approaches. Ability to work closely within a multidisciplinary team. Record-keeping and documentation proficiency
