Skills Required

:

Bachelor's/Master's in Special Education or related field. Certification in special education (RCI registration preferred). Experience working with children with learning disabilities or special needs. Strong communication and empathy skills.

Experience

: 2 to 3 Years in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities :

Assess and identify students' special educational needs. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide specialized instruction to support academic, social, and emotional development. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and counselors to ensure inclusive learning. Use adaptive teaching strategies and resources. Maintain records of progress and adapt plans as needed.
