Position: Special Educator (Grades 1-10)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, assess, and support students with learning difficulties and special needs. Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure inclusion and differentiated learning. Conduct regular academic and behavioural progress reviews. Engage parents and school counsellors in goal-setting and child support. Maintain accurate documentation as per CBSE norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Special Education (B.Ed. in Special Education or equivalent). RCI Certification preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of inclusive pedagogical strategies. Familiarity with assistive technology and learning accommodations. Ability to handle diverse classroom settings and conduct student assessments.
