Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dedicated special education professional to join our team, providing high-quality education and therapy to children with developmental delays or disabilities. You'll work collaboratively with parents, therapists, and educators to create individualized plans that support each child's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs

- Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust interventions accordingly

- Design engaging, inclusive learning environments

- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals

- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Special Education.

- 1-2 years of experience working with children with special needs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Special Education (B.Ed, M.Ed, or equivalent)

- Fluency in local languages (e.g., Tamil, english , Hindi, regional languages)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
