Responsibilities:
Assess and identify students' learning needs
Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Provide one-on-one and group interventions
Support academic, behavioral, and social development
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents
Maintain progress reports and documentation
Qualification:
B.Ed in Special Education / Diploma in Special Education (Any disability category)
Good communication and classroom management skills
