Job Opportunity - Special Educator

Organization: Samardhanam Trust
Location: Adyar, Chennai

Position: Special Educator

Key Responsibilities:
? Plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
? Work directly with children with diverse learning needs
? Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and families
? Maintain detailed progress reports and documentation
? Provide support, guidance, and motivation to students

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
? Experience working with children with developmental or learning disabilities (preferred but not mandatory)
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Empathetic, patient, and solution-driven
