RCI certification or will get RCI certification within 6 months.
Expertise in handling ADHD and Autistic Children.
Assess students to identify learning, behavioral, emotional, or physical needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.
Use various techniques including multisensory methods, visual aids, and behavior reinforcement strategies.
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and parents to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records, reports, and documentation.
Stay updated on best practices in special education and inclusive learning.
